Refund Policy

Last updated: May 6, 2026. OrcaFind AI is a digital service. This policy explains when we may issue refunds for subscriptions and related fees.

Digital service (no physical returns)

Because access is delivered instantly and the service is digital, we do not accept physical “returns”. If you think you were billed incorrectly, contact us and we’ll review your case.

Refund eligibility

Refunds are evaluated case-by-case. We generally consider a refund when:

  • you were charged multiple times for the same period,
  • the service failed to activate after a successful charge, or
  • there was an unintended purchase you report promptly after checkout.

Non-refundable items

To keep billing predictable, these items are generally non-refundable:

  • renewals after an initial billing period,
  • usage-based fees or add-ons that were consumed, and
  • downgrades or unused time remaining in a billing period (no prorated refunds), unless required by law.

How to request a refund

Email hello@orcafind.com with your account email, the date of charge, and any receipt or reference ID shown in the app. We typically respond within 2 business days.
